In the room after the entrance room with the pool blast the wall beyond the last pillar on the right. Enter the dark slot to get the secret health.
Enter this teleporter to get into the arches of the hall and collect the super armor.
At the end of the bridge in the next large hall, there is a teleporter in the last spot on the right. Enter it to get down to the secret ammo.
Before walking up the stairs to the left turn right, fight a skel and get the secret health.
Walking up the stairs watch for a strange shade on the inner wall. Jump into the opposite window and kill the little thing making strange noises there. A voice then says "Hey, you killed Blondie!" and the super health appears behind you.
Having reached the top of the tower, you walk along the next hallway and reach a crossing that has two dead ends to the right and straight on. Go straight on and find the secret broken teleporter in the right fireholder. Don't blast the fireholder or you loose the teleporter, too. The teleport is "broken" because it ports you up, but not in any direction. You just stand "in the air". From there, jump to the super armor.
Then, from the crossing, turn right and blast the two fireholders. This will spawn two bonsai reptiloids, the pinky bros.
In the hallway next to the room that gives you the two serious bombs, you have to destroy all fireholders to get the iron balls that will then appear in front of the exit to the outside.
In the next yard, you'll encounter some dozens of biomechs. Then, before going for the super health, enter the teleport that you find when walking up the stairs and then turn right. It ports you to the roof of the house that contains serious damage and some rockets.
After that, try to catch the heart. It will jump into the arena. Follow it and fight a few more biomechs.
